Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order form, which must be located within the agreed geographical area. Orders are processed by the following carriers:
- La Poste via COLISSIMO, a tracked delivery service, available with signature required upon delivery.
The buyer receives their order at their home, delivered by their postman or a delivery person.
1. Our Expedition Destinations:
We ship ANITA and ZAHA products to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Monaco, Norway, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Panama, Bahrain, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, Oman, Singapore, India, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Morocco, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United States.
2. Delivery-related costs:
We primarily collaborate with La Poste via the Colissimo service to guarantee reliable, fast and responsible shipping of your orders.
La Poste shares strong values with ANITA & ZAHA, notably a common commitment to reducing environmental impact and eliminating CO₂ emissions related to transport. This partnership is fully aligned with our CSR approach.
In addition, ANITA & ZAHA donates 1,5% of its revenue via Stripe Climate to support innovative projects that aim to sustainably remove CO₂ from the atmosphere, thus reinforcing its commitment to a healthier planet.
For countries of the European Union and European countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Monaco, etc.):
- Free delivery is offered for all orders over €23,33 excluding VAT (i.e., €28 including VAT).
- For any order below this amount, the delivery charges are €7,20 including VAT.
For international deliveries outside Europe:
- Delivery is free for all orders over €95 excluding VAT.
- Below this threshold, a flat fee of €27,50 excluding VAT (i.e., €33 including VAT) applies.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you confirm your order. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to easily track your package.
3. Processing fees:
For each order, a fixed processing fee of €0,00 (excluding VAT) is applied to all ANITA & ZAHA customers. This fee covers the costs associated with order preparation, including packaging, tissue paper, bubble wrap, and quality cardboard boxes, to ensure optimal product protection and a pleasant customer experience.
4. The free delivery offer:
ANITA & ZAHA offers free delivery under the following conditions:
-France, Monaco and Andorra: Free delivery for any order whose amount excluding tax (HT) is greater than or equal to €23,33 HT.
-Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and Portugal: Free delivery on orders over €23,33 excluding VAT.
-The remaining member states of the European Union, as well as Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom: Free delivery from €23,33 excluding VAT.
-Countries outside Europe: Free delivery on orders over €95 (excluding VAT). This applies to:
Canada, United States, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Panama, Morocco, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Egypt, and other international destinations supported by our logistics partner.
All deliveries are handled by La Poste via Colissimo, a trusted partner that shares essential values with ANITA & ZAHA, such as reducing environmental impact and eliminating CO₂ emissions related to logistics.

By taking advantage of this offer, the customer agrees that the choice of carrier is at the sole discretion of ANITA & ZAHA when delivery is free.

5. Order Tracking:
As part of our commitment to responsible logistics, ANITA & ZAHA has chosen to collaborate exclusively with La Poste – via its Colissimo service – a company recognized for its reliable, secure and fast service, as well as for its actions in favor of environmental protection.

6. Order Processing Times:
Each ANITA & ZAHA order is prepared with the utmost care. A processing time of 1 to 2 business days is generally required before shipment.
7. Delivery times:
All orders are shipped via the Colissimo postal service.
The estimated delivery times are as follows (excluding order processing time):
– 2 working days for mainland France, Monaco and Andorra;
– 3 to 5 working days for member countries of the European Union;
– 5 to 7 working days for other European countries;
– 7 to 15 working days for international deliveries outside Europe.
These delivery times are indicative only. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days from the date of shipment, the buyer may cancel the order and request a refund.
ANITA & ZAHA undertakes to transmit to the buyer, electronically, the tracking number of their package as soon as it is shipped.
8. Damage During Transport:
The buyer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods upon delivery, in the presence of a representative of the Post Office or the delivery person.
Once the items have been shipped from the premises of the company ANITA & ZAHA, all risks associated with transport are transferred to the purchaser.
For any claim regarding damage that occurred during transport, it is imperative to contact the carrier within three days of delivery.
9. Missing Item:

Our team will strive to provide you with a response within 48 hours.
10. Returns & Exchanges:
At ANITA & ZAHA, our priority is to provide clear and detailed product descriptions, to ensure total transparency throughout your shopping experience.
We are committed to fully informing our customers about each order, in order to guarantee their satisfaction.
Returns must be made in their original condition, i.e. unopened, unused, and in their intact packaging.
It is important to note that personalized items, as well as serums, creams, gels, soaps, shaving soaps and soap boxes, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened.
Furthermore, return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part.
11. Order cancellation policy:
We are pleased to guarantee fast and efficient processing of all orders placed on our website. In fact, the majority of orders are processed within 12 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us by email at the address customerservice@anita-zaha.com as soon as possible.
Since most in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is essential that you notify us within this timeframe so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Please note that no cancellation requests can be accepted once the order has been processed.
12. Address error:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address you have provided and to promptly notify us of any required changes.
Please note that any changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate shipping information. Furthermore, we disclaim all liability for orders that are refused or undeliverable due to inaccessible or incomplete addresses.
In these situations, packages may be returned to us, although this is not guaranteed. If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you either a refund, less the shipping costs, or a reshipment option, depending on your preference. Please also note that you will not be eligible for reshipment or a refund until your package has been received by the sender.
13. Absence of the buyer:
If the buyer is not home, they will receive a delivery notice from their mail carrier or delivery person. This notice will allow them to collect the ordered products from the nearest post office within a timeframe specified by the postal service. If the package dimensions permit, the mail carrier may also deliver it directly to the buyer's mailbox.
14. Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code, ANITA & ZAHA informs you that you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, it is imperative to notify your decision in writing before the end of the 14-day period, by email to the following address: customerservice@anita-zaha.com specifying:
- Email Title: Cancellation Request for Order [Order Number]
- His name and contact details.
- The order number and its date
- A statement clearly expressing his intention to retract.
We advise you to return the product in its original condition and packaging, unused, to ensure a smooth refund process.
Once we receive your cancellation request, ANITA & ZAHA will process your refund within 14 days. However, this period may be extended up to a maximum of 30 days if the product has not yet been returned or if we have not received sufficient proof of shipment.
The refund will be made by bank transfer once we have verified that the returned products are in their original condition, unused, unopened, undamaged, and unopened, as hygiene and quality are priorities at ANITA & ZAHA.
Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use will not be accepted.

15. Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition, i.e. unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless it is a defective product or an error has been made by the company ANITA & ZAHA.
16. Reimbursement:
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products. This refund will be issued via bank transfer and will include the total amount initially paid.
17. Exceptions:
Personalized products, as well as serums, creams, gels, soaps, solid shampoo, 3-in-1 wash, shaving soap, and soap boxes, are subject to return restrictions. For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
18. Exchanges:
Exchanges are only possible if the products remain sealed and unopened. In this case, we will be happy to arrange the exchange. However, the shipping costs for the return and the shipment of the new product will be borne by the customer, unless ANITA & ZAHA made an error in shipping a product different from the one originally ordered.
19. Legal guarantee and liability:
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, as stipulated in Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code, which states that "The seller is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery."
This guarantee applies to our new products that have defects, whether they are damaged, broken or altered during transport, even in the absence of an explicit contractual guarantee.
In the event of non-conformity or defect, we undertake to replace your product or issue a refund as soon as possible.
In accordance with Article 1147 of the French Civil Code, we are fully liable to you for any breach or improper performance of the contract. However, our contractual liability shall not be incurred in the following cases: in the event of force majeure as defined by French case law; due to an external event beyond our control; or in the event of improper use of our products.
